Bagels to Believe In (February)
Made possible by the great folks at Bay Furnace Bagel, all proceeds from this fundraiser help us fund a counselor for Alger County Schools. For upcoming dates, see the Calendar page.
Pizza with a Purpose (May)
Held in conjunction with the amazing Pictured Rocks Pizza in Munising, this tasty fundraiser supports our mission while raising awareness about depression and suicide. Cooking Carberrys (August)
This event is held annually during an Alger Parks & Recreation Department Summer Concert at Bayshore Park in Munising. We work side-by-side with the amazing Carberry sisters to create individual pizzas cooked in the park’s wood-fired pizza oven! Come hear some tunes, buy a pizza and support you community! It’s All in the Barn (September)
We were talking about how it would be fun to have a farm-to-table fundraiser, and one thing led to another! Complete with food, auctions, music and dancing, this grassroots annual event is fun for the whole community. Held at the MSU Experimental Station’s North Farm in Chatham, this event is a highlight of the Alger County summer! For upcoming dates, check the Calendar page.
